
The Shacolas Tower building, where DEBENHMAS LEDRA is operated, was acquired by Woolworth in 2007.
It is located on Ledras street, in the heart of the old town of Lefkosia and, being the tallest building in the old part of Lefkosia with 16 floors, is considered to be a landmark and a reference point. Ledra Street is a high street area attracting locals and tourists and has preferential shopping hours as it is considered a tourist zone.
The building is leased by Ermes Department Stores where it operates the Debenhams Store on the first 6 floors. On the 10th floor there is a Conference Room and on the 11th floor there is a Museum and the Ledra Observatory, which offers an unhindered view of the whole city, attracting thousands of visitors.
The total area of the building is 7.300 square meters in a land area of 798 square meters.
